3. Bookings & Payments

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability. To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your tour, the following policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund
• Cancellation between 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

5. Customer Conduct

During our tours, we expect all customers to:

• Follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times
• Respect local customs, cultures, and environments
• Not consume illegal substances during the tour
• Behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others

We reserve the right to terminate a tour immediately if a customer's behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or illegal. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

6. Liability

6.1 General Liability

While we take all reasonable care to ensure the safety of our customers, participation in our tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

6.2 Health Considerations

Some tours may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions. It is your responsibility to inform us of any health issues that may affect your participation in a tour.

You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during our tours.
