3. Cancellation by TukTukGasia

In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour, you will be entitled to:

  • A full 100% refund of the amount paid, or
  • The option to reschedule your tour to another available date

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient bookings
  • Unforeseen operational issues
  • Safety concerns

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone using the contact information provided during booking.

4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Tours operate in various weather conditions, and refunds are not typically provided for weather-related cancellations unless:

  • We determine that conditions are unsafe to operate
  • Local authorities issue weather warnings or advisories

In cases where we cancel due to weather:

  • You will receive a full refund, or
  • You may reschedule your tour (subject to availability)

We recommend checking weather forecasts before your tour and dressing appropriately for conditions.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time:

  • You will be considered a "no-show"
  • No refund will be provided
  • We will attempt to contact you using the provided phone number

If you are running late, please contact us immediately. Depending on circumstances, we may be able to:

  • Adjust the tour itinerary
  • Reschedule your tour (subject to availability and potential fees)

6. Refund Process

6.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be processed back to the original card (5-10 business days)

6.3 Partial Refunds
